Counter Operational Workflow:

Customers scan the QR stand, browse contact lenses, and submit their required KKM compliance details.
Customers place orders instantly without waiting for online gateway confirmations.
When customers present their Order ID at the counter, staff accept payment via Cash, Credit/Debit Card Terminal, or the counter DuitNow QR Soundbox.
Staff click "💵 Collect Payment & Confirm" in the Live Orders tab to finalize the transaction.
